Relationship develop over time. This is true of the life we currently live in the world, and just as true in the spiritual life. As human beings we have been gifted with 5 senses, sight, hearing, taste, touch and smell. As Albert Einstein once said; “I don’t teach anyone, I only provide the environment in which they can learn”. It is by using our senses to learn that we develop and grow as human beings. But we must use our senses, we must be active, and intent on learning. Ralph Waldo Emerson once commented; “The law of nature is, do the thing and you shall have the power, but they who do not the thing, do not have the power.”
In the godless environment of contemporary western culture, seeking truth can be an onerous task. Consideration of a spiritual life that upholds a creator God as the instigator and sustainer of all things is discouraged, downplayed and mocked as belonging to generations past who were not as “enlightened” as the “influencers” of contemporary culture. If only they knew!
So, here we are, searching for truth and looking for answers to the perennial questions “who am I?”, “why am I here?”, “what is my purpose in life?”. There is no textbook answer for these questions, they are entwined in the mystery of our Creator God who has a master plan for each one of us. Our challenge is to find a way to discover the path laid out for us.
Just as an athlete must plan, practice and train to reach peak performance, so must we to unravel the mysteries of life, and discover the road mapped out for us. The purpose of the Michael’s Arrow Project is to help people do this.
At this point you may have questions to ask. While we don’t promise to have all the answers, we will be happy to respond as each situation necessitates. There are so many negative influences that constantly cross our path today, and many can be very unsettling. There is no question you shouldn’t ask, so don’t be afraid to enquire about any matter that unsettles your soul.
